Shipping

For Domestic (U.S.) Buyers: After payment is received, all orders are shipped via USPS within 2 business days and include tracking information/delivery confirmation. Please contact us prior to purchase if you would like to add shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation as we are not responsible for items lost/damaged by USPS.

For International Buyers: All orders are shipped USPS First Class International Mail (delivered 1-3 weeks), and does not include insurance/delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost/damaged by USPS. If you prefer to use an alternative shipping option (Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc) please contact us prior to purchase for a custom shipping quote.

NOTE: International customers are responsible for their countries' customs, taxes, duties, and/or VAT fees.

For Local Buyers: If you live in the Des Moines, IA area and are interested in picking up your items please send me a message prior to purchase and we can work out the details.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

The items in our shop are vintage, and have been worn and loved! We do our best to note any major flaws, but some small flaws may go unnoticed. Also, please be aware that vintage clothing sizes are different than modern clothing sizes, so always check the measurements. If you need more measurements than we have provided, we’ll happily provide them, please request prior to placing your order. We do not refund any items, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, store credit may be granted at our discretion. We do not cover shipping cost for returns.

Preservation Rating System

• Perfect...Never used and still has tags
• Excellent...Small signs of use or age
• Great...Extremely minor flaws
• Good...Extremely minor flaws, along with some small areas of discoloration, repair or wear.

NOTE: Some garments are clipped to dress form, which means we are trying to show proper fit, or the way it would fit someone of the correct size. Please always check your measurements to make sure they match the item you are interested in.

How to take correct measurements

Chest: Measure around the fullest part, well under the arms and over the shoulder blades.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part.

Waist: Measure around the natural waistline, about 1 inch above belly button.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part, about 8 inches below the waist. Length of garments are measured from the top of the shoulder to bottom.
