How it works
What & When
We accept vintage items during the same intake window as The Loop program, which runs from the 1st through the 7th of every month.
Please refer to our list of preferred items and vintage brands for guidance. Our team prioritizes in-season pieces in good vintage condition. Please note that we are happy to consider items with minor stains, holes, or repairs.
Drop Off
Before bringing in your items, please complete the Submission Form. Once you've completed the submission form, bring your items to Preservation during our monthly intake window. Our team will review your garments within 3-5 business days and reach out via text message with an offer.

Get Cash or Store Credit
We offer two payment options for your accepted items: cash or store credit.
If you prefer cash, we pay approximately 20% of Preservation's resale price. If you choose store credit, you will receive approximately 40% of the resale price. Store credit is delivered as a digital Preservation gift card sent directly to the email address provided on your submission form.
