All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to ship. During promotions, sales or holidays, ship time may be delayed up to 3 business days. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed no sooner than the following business day.
International customers can use USPS shipping at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for paying duties, customs or taxes once your package arrives in its destination country.

Returns & Exchanges
If things don’t work out, we accept returns on all full priced items within 7 days from the day you receive your shipment. We do not accept returns on items worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached and footwear must be in its original shoebox. All sale items, gift cards, are final sale. We do not offer exchanges, returns or store credit for final sale items.
Preservation monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

If you got the wrong size and are interested in making an exchange, we recommend sending an email to us at hello@shoppreservation for confirmation that your desired size and item for exchange are in stock. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, please send your original merchandise, unwashed, unused and without alteration, to us at the address above. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling for all exchanges.
Please note, we only do exchanges for the same item. If you are unhappy with the item you received and want something else entirely, this falls under returns.
