All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to ship. During promotions, sales or holidays, ship time may be delayed up to 3 business days.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed no sooner than the following business day.
International customers can use USPS shipping at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for paying duties, customs or taxes once your package arrives in its destination country.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on items worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached and footwear must be in its original shoebox.
Sale Items: All sale items and gift cards are final sale. We do not offer exchanges, returns or store credit for final sale items.
Preservation monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
In-store Return Policy
All items purchased in-store may be returned in the same condition within 7 days of your purchase for store credit.
Online Return Policy
We will provide a full refund for any item purchased online at full price, returned in its original condition with tags intact, and postmarked to our address within 7 days of your delivery. To make an online return: If all of the above conditions are met, we will apply a refund to your account for each item returned. Please include the invoice with your return and write the reason for your return on the invoice.

If you got the wrong size and are interested in making an exchange, we recommend sending an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for confirmation that your desired size and item for exchange are in stock. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, please send your original merchandise, unwashed, unused and without alteration, to us at the address above. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling for all exchanges.
Please note, we only do exchanges for the same item. If you are unhappy with the item you received and want something else entirely, this falls under returns.
PRESERVATION will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When we receive your item, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 3 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our shop. Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn and damaged items, or any item returned after 7 days from original delivery.
