I believe you attract what you think — what you think, you become.
Mantras or intentions can assist you in taking greater control of your life. They can transform you. Think of it as planting the seeds with the aspiration that they will bloom; without knowing how things will look in the end.
I start each morning with a set of intentions (tiny goals or reminders) to direct the tone of the day, laying it out with purpose and a plan. I tend to worry, hurry and overanalyze things, so I make this part of my daily ritual and find strength and a sense of calm. The thing to remember is you have power over your mind, not outside events. A negative mind will never give you a positive life.
I challenge you to find a mantra that resonates with you and say it every day for one month, or each morning affirm three small intentions. I promise you, you will feel a shift happen. Your vibrational frequency will change for the better.
