New York Minute
This past week Preservation boss-babe Nicole, and gal pal @iamloucee ventured into New York City for Capsule and Man/Woman tradeshow to bring you some new swoon-worthy looks for 2017. After a long weekend of work, we decided to take a few days off to hit up some of NYC's finest and of course treat ourselves! While exploring we noticed lots of great music that couldn't be more right to inspire this very mixtape.
SOME OF OUR NYC FAVORITES
Before you hit the town get a manicure upstairs at Ten Over Ten, then head downstairs to NYC's finest Jamaican at Miss Lilys. If you need a place to lay your head at night grab a room at the Standard Highline and in the morning you can walk to french-vibes Kubrick Coffee + Cafe. If you're up for an adventure, take a walk around the Saint Marks neighborhood, some of the best vintage in Manhattan can be found here, get ready to spend some money though vintage clothing in this borough is $$$$. Once you hit up a few vintage shops you may be in the mood for something authentic, check out Japanese Noodle House, Ramen Setagaya. If you're looking for a chill evening out + amazing food check out Hanjan for their cool-kid Korean eats. Don't forget before you head back to your hotel to grab a killer margarita and chips at your neighborhood Mexican restaurant Tortilla Flats.
I hope you enjoy our playlist. It's as bizarre and eclectic as New York City!
